I had been up for about 18 hours when I arrived at the hotel at 13:00. I was told very bluntly that the rooms would not be ready until 15:00 and to come back then. REALLY, They couldn't find one room in the hotel that looked very empty to put me in even if it was outside the normal arrival hours. Won't stay there again!

The lobby and halls were dirty. You hear everything and I could hear people in the parking lot I was on the third floor

In conclusion, my stay at Extended Stay America Suites Billings West End was a disappointment. While the check-in experience with Jason was positive, the numerous issues I encountered during my stay overshadowed any positive aspects. From uncomfortable and unstable beds to the lack of hot water, dirty showers, and a subpar breakfast offering, this hotel failed to meet even the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Billings.

REFUND SHOULD BE IN ORDER!!! Refrigerator was loud and ran all night long! Was in the building for 12 hours and slept 1 1/2 hours!! Upstairs neighbors sounded like they were jumping rope or a trampoline!!! Office staff had to call them! The entire room smelled like curry!! I was a hideous smell!!! Price was double the night before at a much nicer different location!! I would NEVER stay again and would really like a refund!!!

Bathrooms don’t latch, floor is dirty, and breakfast is far less than we expected when it lists “breakfast provided” Staff was very friendly and kind and helpful, tho!

Elevator out???? Elevator not working, only double room available was not n second floor. One of our travelers has incredibly bad knees and climbing stairs was incredibly difficult. Management should have offered two singles on first floor at reduced rate or worked with another propert to assist

Hotel was filthy shower and toilet were both obviously not cleaned in some time would recommend sleeping in car instead of this dirty property will definitely never ever be back
