Staff was very rude, never will be going back! If I knew how this place would be I would of saved my money and went elsewhere.

There was still leftover stuff on the carpet like popcorn, it was cleaned well. Many of the amenities were not available in the rooms. The staff couldn't answer why they wanted my employer info and the walkway into the building was dangerous because there was renovations happening. Plyboard was used and the weather was cold and icy, so that made the plywood slick and and dangerous.

There is an bad smell of the room and sheet and pillow. The room is not very clean. There is no cups for brushing your teeth. Staffs are friendly. I think it is the management that needs some improvements.

It took 30 minutes just to get checked in because the front drsk girl was on the phone with IT. Even tho she could still check people in, she made 3 of us wait until she got a huge line & then decided she better get off the phone. The beds were super uncomfortable. TV was blurry on most channels. There were food & drink stains on the desk chairs. Lastly there is NO sound barrier from the door to the hallway. Veer disappointing Requested free WiFi and free breakfast when making reservation.....we had stayed here a few years ago, it was great then.....not now! Breakfast was a coffee bar with granola bars or factory muffins......yuck! Room was very sparse, only one washcloth, we’ll used bed linens......would not stay here ever again!

There was trash in the kitchen area that had not been clean. The bathroom also had old hair.
