The non smoking room smelled like it had been smoking room for months before.

no coffee in the rooms. only thing in the morning was a hard old blueberry muffin

Not as Expected When I was booking, I really didn't realize how "brief" is their "breakfast". More pricing, but poorer service than the other hotels we stayed. We won't come back. Thanks for the service anyways.

We stayed the night in Billings Mt at the Extended stay on Tuesday, August 6t for one night. We were Towing a small uhaul filled with Bronze Sculptures heading to an art show in Loveland, Co. We asked the person at the front desk where we should park with the uhaul. She tolded us where to park so we did. We got up the next day and went to pull away and the trailer doors on the uhaul swung open. Some punk cut the lock of the trailer and robbed us of $15,000 with the sculptures. Our room was nasty smelling and poorly cleaned. Carla was great but terribly over worked and the property was very poorly maintained

The hotel was cramped and our room was dirty. We found odd objects and junk under the bed when searching for a missing shoe.

Short and curlies in the bed, no plug in the sink, no ice bucket, no ice, loud squeaking bathroom door and open bags of food in the cupboards. Been in worse places, but wont stay again

Will never stay here again The staff at the front desk were rude and cursing in front of my kids the room smeeled of stale cigarettes the bedding was not clean and reeked of bad body oder and had hair on it and there were beetles crawling in my kids bed

Breakfast was only small muffins and granola bars. Instant oatmeal packets but without any milk? Coffee without any cream? But they claimed to provide breakfast?
