2 customers 1 room & locked out at 2:30am Well we checked in, since they were “out” of queen beds we got a double, once we looked at the room, we decided to go back and ask for a queen or king bed since we wanted one big bed, not two little ones. So, we went back and the lady said there’s one queen that just got finished getting cleaned so she switched us to the queen bed room. Not clean enough. Bed bugs in bed. Traveler sustained bed bugs and had to throw away clothes and his suitcase after stay.
This was for a funeral (FLL) Got in at 2 a.m. Saturday Checked out 11 a.m. Sunday Not a long stay
Not worth the rate. Guestroom not very clean.

The girl that checked me in was so sweet. The room had hair all over it. The internet sucks. I tried to get dishes that they offer and were out? The shower has no pressure.
Room was dark. Telephone had no cord and wasn’t working. No manager on duty
Could not find my reservation. Scan card to open door would not work 2nd day. TV remote did not work. No ice available.
