It was very bad experience. I was with my family including two kids (4yr and an infant). The front desk people were not professional at all. We booked a suite room and when we reached there they mentioned they do not have suite that we booked available and instead offered another room which had very foul smell along with smoke. Rooms were very dirty as well. They were very uncooperative. At end we ended up being in car for more than 2 hours talking with orbitz representative that helped us relocate. Staff was helpful and kind rooms were run down bathrooms were moldy.
Isolated hotel area with two separate buildings with room door close to parking lot. Hotel where lobby is felt safer.
Place wasn't bad but sheets were all ripped up and really old..No biggie
notified management of damage on checkin nothing Room was trashed by previous desk, tv was damaged other damage
