This was a disappointing experience. The room was not insulated so you could hear the highway and trains rumble each time they passed and my microwave had mold growing in the top so I was unable to use it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Once in the property front desk, no customer service inter action. We reserved a room with a king size bed. Front desk associate told us no kings available. Once in our room, bathtub had the glaze breaking off the tub, very noisy outside. Did not rest well. We will NOT stay at this location again

Did not have extra towels an rags when needed due to some shipping issue for more towels ECT. Therefore it was limited amount. And still have not sent the security deposit back yet. So that's inconvenient. It's been more than three days already. So that's an issue

This is one of the grungiest and most unsafe feeling hotels I have stayed in. There was grime in the bathtub, in the toilet, the grounds are dated and worn and then entire property smells like marijuana. Expedia advertised they serve breakfast but it’s coffee and granola bars. No lamps in the main room, rusted kitchen stovetop. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

Bugs Unpleasant experience to say the least. After a long day of travel, had a cockroach jump into my medicine bag in the bathroom. Later a second one appeared in the same bathroom (see picture below). Also woke up itching most mornings, likely because of bed bugs. We tried to tell someone who had come into the room for an unrelated inspection of some sort. Later when we called the front desk about what cod be dine about it they attempted to blame us for not telling the right person.

The room I was assigned smelled awful. I will not stay here again. Company should invest some money in updating rooms and making sure it smells pleasant once you walk in. It’s a terrible first impression for customer.

The Hotel is pretty old and outdated and found roaches crawling around. Didn't stay and checked out.

Bad experience The pull out sofa bed is broken. One of the mattresses sank. Heat was not working. Noisy outside and inside. Very bad experience. Won’t stay there again
