The stairs smell like a New York City alleyway. They Had insects in their rooms and the bed was broken.

Dated. So so. Dated. Cleaned but grubby corners etc. “Breakfast” meant day old coffee and instant oatmeal cups, that’s it.

NOT SATISFIED WITH ROOM I was very disappointed in the room. The appliances were old, the refrigerator was not that clean, a lamp in the living room was old and worked when manually plugged in. The room was facing the highway and was noisy. This is not the first time I stayed in the extended stay at this location, and I was very surprised at the room that I had, but I didn’t want to change the room because it would be a hassle because I had my cat with me and I didn’t feel like packing up and moving. Probably the worst customer service known to man. AC didnt work and the property manager was rude when informed her. The bathroom reeked of old toilet water, carpet was sticky and the light cover falling off. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The place os disgusting , they gave me duty bedroom and I need to ask for change .
