It was not a good experience , it smell weird too and it’s not clean

No privacy and super rude The hotel locks were apparently being changed. The check in person didn’t say anything but the next morning lock changers barged in. Even after we told them to get out they came back 15 mins later and took off the locks leaving the doors unlocked. And then they blamed us for not knowing about lock changes and having an expectation of privacy. They said “this is an extended stay hotel not a Hilton” - just rude and unbelievable!

Room smelled like marijuana, fire company came to install smoke detector in the room while I was there in the room. Asked for extra checkout- charged for an hour and housekeeping still came to knock on the door before checkout. Inconvenient because of during school studies and zoom meeting on laptop. Should be done when guests are checked out. Bad communication with admin.

Beds are sunk in like a spoon ac only works on 60 and they have the old card reader on the door that takes multiple trys to open

To start off, the pull out couch was broken, so you could not put it away. My mother and I could not use the couch at all. Spoke to the manager and he said that he would get maintenance. No one came. One hour later, the front desk agent answered, and she said she had no one and manager left. I had to sit on stool and got a bad backache. Cockroaches everywhere. We killed about 6 and saw 4 others. This place is gross. The first thing I saw when pulling into the parking lot was trash everywhere. There were open bags of trash all throughout the parking lot and right outside the door of the rooms. There was a pile of trash directly outside of my room. There were used feminine pads strewn about the parking lot. I get into the room and it immediately smells like someone had been chain smoking in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking building. This particular room fire alarm battery missing lamp no bulbs carpet very dirty and greasy room smell pott and grea very bad I stay few hours because was late I visit the office and let them know I cancel and the condition stuff was not caring about my complaint I ask for cancellation and left sorry for paid for one night
