It was in close proximity of the airport and of my business meetings location. There were essentially no amenities to speak of. They don’t stock the rooms with cookware, a coffee pot or shampoo and conditioner. Their continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, with no fresh fruit, juice or milk. I was not impressed. In addition, the made service was non existent. I wasn’t aware that you had to request it.

Non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. Was not impressed at all. I reserved a queen room and when I got there they had to upgrade definitely was pissed off about that one!

Way too loud Had a family or something above me and the teenage boys kept playing football up and down all the halls on all floors until late in the night. Called and complained, but nothing was done. The bed was way too hard, and no maid service if you dont stay more than 7 days.

It's not a hotel, it's a dorm room lacking electrical outlets, but w a refrigerator,

This is not a good Extended Stay I have stayed at a lot of Extended Stay America's over the last few years and have learned that they can be truly a "hit" or "miss" proposition in terms of quality and value. This extended stay is most definitely a big "miss." We arrived at 4pm and had to wait an hour and a half for them to clean our room. The rooms were small and worn. The bed was so dirty. As well as the lobby. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
