Seriously? NO ICE MACHINE? Location is good and that is the only thing that is good. Sheets are old and not comfy. It is a "suite" but they dont give you plate, soap or anything. "Breakfast" consists of some muffins and protein bars. This is the first hotel Ive been to in my life that doesnt provide you with a ice machine. The rooms are stuffy and bathroom is horrible. I will never go go to another extended stay again.

Good service, BUT THAT IS THE ONLY GOOD THING The sad thing about this hotel is that the service is very good, the front desk was kind and helpful, the manager when I asked for a refund and to cancel the night we had booked was very understanding and accommodating!! But the people staying at this hotel are rough to say the least! Most that I saw walking to there rooms or smoking outside look like they had an aversion to bathing. I have been here nearly a week & not once has housekeeping knocked to even offer services, much less clean towels! Most staff is accommodating & friendly. But one older lady is extremely rude & unafraid to show just how judgemental she is. No ice machine, and as far as "comp breakfast" the options are little to none. Oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate & individual muffins. No milk no juice, but it is better than absolutely nothing! I recommend else where if you want satisfaction...

They don’t honor your reservations!!!!! They gave our reservation away. It was given away at 4 pm. Then the hotel charged my credit card for not showing up.

Close to airport Good location, but found a black hair in my sheets and some of the towels were worn out and stained.

Extended Stay The place advertised a continental breakfast , upon checking in we are informed that the continental breakfast is muffins, granola bars and coffee. No ice machine , and bugs on the bed.

Clean enough but much better options close by. This hotel is clean for the most part. Having said that, we stayed two nights and didn't get a good nights sleep either night, because of loud neighbors. (blaring trance music at 430 in the morning.). Other people running down the hall at all hours.. Front desk woman the second night was not very friendly. She seemed annoyed at anything i asked. Stay not so good They say they have free breakfast. NOT. I don't consider coffee (which I don't drink) and granola bars breakfast. Also, no blow dryer in the room or ice bucket. I won't be staying there again.
