Just fair for the price The staff was nice. The room was fair. We reserved a King but were put in a queen. Nothing special. The so called breakfast is just a few granola bars and coffee. No fruit, eggs, etc. Not really a breakfast, just an unhealthy snack.

Staff was rude unprofessional, room was dirty and given a queen size bed when asked for a king size.

Spend the extra money! Terrible and rude staff, room smelled aweful, had to go to the store and buy deodorizer! Bed was smaller than a queen, lots of loud people, one guy was playing trombone in the hall!

Wish we had never upgraded to this hotel. Unbelievable. They charge $104 a night but expect you to bring out your towels if you want new ones. The hotel had a strange chlorinated smell. The freezer had rusted metal. The bathtub has a folding seat, so don't plan on taking a bath. The shower is even worse. It's like getting a shower from a faucet. A horrible experience. The beds were made but the sheets were dirty, unchanged from the last guests. It was disgusting. The staff was not surprised at all. I would never stay there again. They should be shut down. A horrible experience!!!!

Gross The room was supposed to be a non smoking room. It reaked of smoke and all of our clothes smelled like smoke. We are all crazy allergic to smoke so this left us with problems for our skin and breathing. Also, very different from other extend a stay hotels we have stayed in previously.

Disappointing breakfast. Hotel is okay. They claimed they served a continental breakfast but not enough offered to fit even a small island let alone a continent. All they had was coffee and granola bars/muffins. Room was okay. Did not appreciate they didn't have an ice machine. Big fridge was nice.

Wifi The WiFi never worked. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support never worked. Guess the clue was when I checked in the lady gave me the phone number to support and said some people were having problems.
