Je n'ai rien apprecié, j'ai été terriblement déçu, supposé avoir déjeuner continental inclu il n'y avait que du café j'ai reservé là car il y avait des cuisine dans la chambre je voulais economiser les resto mais 1er soir rien pas assiette pas de chaudron de dispo....de plus la chambre etait supposer etre non fumeur sa sentait la cigarette. S'etait sale le dessous de lit avait plein de cochonnerie bouteille de plastique kleenex sale ....plein poussiere sur les lampe et chambre de bain aussi . We made a reservation but when we arrived we were told that the walk ins had first priority and that there were no more rooms available. They said we would have to go to Another hotel but didn’t have the address, they said we should just use our GPS to find it, it was 35 miles away. Two other customers had the same experience.

Dirty hotel The hotel was very dirty. My family checked out after the first night and filed a complaint with management. We are calling on Monday to request a refund as it was a very unsettling night

Terrible experience. Had booked a two night stay but had car trouble so messaged through the Expedia App that I would check in the following day in the morning but they still decided to cancel my reservation and will not refund my money.

The room was not clean and the staff was very unfriendly. Had a room with King bed and pull out sofa. No extra pillows or linens for pullout and when asked check- in attendant at desk he was very bothered but the request. A smile can go along way.

This property has gone downhill. The place was so dirty! Our room had dirty and sticky floors. The place smelled so bad. The tub and toilet were not clean. The bed did not have a proper fitted sheet. Plus the headboard looked like someone threw something at it. I did not have a good night sleep. Checking in was a nightmare. There werw 20 people in the dirty lobby waiting for one person who was not in the front but walking around. Poor guy looked so overwhelmed. He was trying but there were so many people. El cuarto estaba demasiado sucio; microondas, nevera y toilet. La cama tenia pelo y el toilet también.
