Aweful Terrible mattress, too hard full of bumps all over. I woke up with a terrible back pain. Be aware that you will be videotaped all the time while you are at the front desk. I’ll never be back there again

Reserver avec l’hotel directement Je voulais annuler les derniers trois jours, de ma réservation de 10 jours. Extended Stay aurait pu le faire mais hotels.com a refusé de m’accorder cette annulation!!!!!!!!!

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In This was the dirtiest and most foul smelling Hotels that I have ever stated in. The carpets were filthy, the bed sheets and pillow cases were foul. The hallways were faintly lit and room had no blow dryer or even decent water pressure in the shower. Do not be fooled from the photos of fake ratings of this property.

The room was not clean. We booked two queen bedroom and got king bed and a pullout sofa bed..

Terrible place, drug joint The front desk staff was high and the entire hotel smelt of weed. The room had such a strong smell we had to sleep with our windows open. We reached there very late so didn't have the choice of looking at other places else I would have definitely not stayed there.

Manager was 'missing' for 1/2 hour with other guests and myself in the lobby. Other guests mentioned the manager was "looking for rooms". What!? Manager showed up eventually to unruly guests in the lobby, and could not operate the check-in software (which was also terrible, I was handed a tablet to enter data in a system I know nothing about). I walked out, and if I have to pay for not staying there, it's totally worth it.

Not suitable for a short stay. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. We looked all around and waited more than 5 maybe 10 minutes. Finally someone arrived to check us in. We learned later there was a sign left on the desk asking us to wait, but it was turned the wrong way for us to read it. We went to our room and looked for glasses and ice. There was one glass and the ice cube trays were empty. We went to the desk, he was able to give us some glasses, but the only ice available would have been in the trays... read more
