Nosey on 3rd floor had to move me to 2nd floor. Lights went out no heat 18 degrees outside cannot even dial operator phone not working. No generator? Never come back here again

Not a hotel This need to be advertised as an apart hotel as it is Small apartments And does not function as a hotel. They are very loose about what they promote. Breakfast is coffee but written up like breakfast even on their own keycard. They are not able to have sufficient coffee and they are out of other offerings very rapidly. They lack communication skills

Chips on counter tops, chips in the flooring, right side lamp close to bed did not work. Was put in a smoking room, had to wait to get changed to another room.

When I arrived to make the entrance to the hotel the clerk already wanted me to show my credit card I made the reservation I explained that I had paid with my virtual credit card with my checking account in Brazil but still he almost won't let me make my stay
Probably would not stay here again No one behind the desk when we got there. We had reserved and paid for a room with 2 doubles and none were available. They gave us a king and a very uncomfortable sleep sofa. Sheets were not in the room for the sleep sofa so called the front desk and she asked me to go down and pick them up. Continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins.
