The room was not clean and the staff was very unfriendly. Had a room with King bed and pull out sofa. No extra pillows or linens for pullout and when asked check- in attendant at desk he was very bothered but the request. A smile can go along way.

This property has gone downhill. The place was so dirty! Our room had dirty and sticky floors. The place smelled so bad. The tub and toilet were not clean. The bed did not have a proper fitted sheet. Plus the headboard looked like someone threw something at it. I did not have a good night sleep. Checking in was a nightmare. There werw 20 people in the dirty lobby waiting for one person who was not in the front but walking around. Poor guy looked so overwhelmed. He was trying but there were so many people. El cuarto estaba demasiado sucio; microondas, nevera y toilet. La cama tenia pelo y el toilet también.

No comment. Staff was not friendly. Check-in process was not smooth. Not courteous

Very dirty. Rooms not well cleaned. Saw pubic hairs all over bathroom

First room was not cleaned, the kitchen area had food crumbs on the floor and refrigerator, bed cover had a cigarette hole, and there were ants around the base of the toilet. So we were upgraded and that room was cleaner but the couch had a torn cushion and the refrigerator made noise all night.
