got to hotel room and it was filthy trash still in room and tub was dirtty

Hotel was clean no problems, but that disappeared I get there at 10:45pm. The receptionist said that because of shift change he’s going to stop for Sertain amount of time to switch Personel. We’ve been standing on line till 11:35pm to checking. Extortion of our day life plus wait on line for 40mn on here’ll that I already made reservation for. It’s ridiculous, no hotel on earth make you wait to checking. Specially that late at night!!!!!!! Not a happy camper at all.

Dont try to check in at night Arrived at 11 PM and it took the front desk FOREVER to check in two people ahead of me. They seemed very disorganized. When we got upstairs our door key wouldn't unlock our room. The morning staff seemed much more professional.

Loved the compact little studio space. Didn’t like no breakfast, no wake up call, no apology after failing to give me a wake up call.

Not very clean Last-minute trip to a convention early the next morning stayed one night upon arriving at the room we open the refrigerator to find it fills with leftover food raw hamburger in the Freezer An empty food container up on the top of the cabinets and other miscellaneous food left in the cabinets are concern was that if they overlooked the refrigerator and cleaning up the room how good of a job they really do cleaning the room they offered to come in and clean it or give us a Nother room but it was already late whe... read more
