Hôtel peu confortable Cet hôtel a meilleure apparence de l'extérieur que de l’intérieur. La chambre offrait un confort minimum, il règnait sur l’étage une vieille odeur de cigarettes imprégnée dans le tapis et les murs. Le petit déjeuner était minimaliste.

Really poor condition Bathroom was disgusting- gaur everywand bathtub and toilet were chipped and couldn’t take a shower!! Dead flies on windowsill!!

Had booked this hotel on expedia but was unable to make it so i cancelled directly with the hotel...didn't realize I had to call expedia. The agent confirmed the cancellation but then the hotel charge me $140 for a no show. I called expedia after numerous tries with the hotel and the manager, jason informed them that their agents can't cancel reservations and should never have been told that. I rent room for my employees receptionist give them the mos horrible time never use this hotel again was awful workers dust stay receptionist refuse to refund money I call cc American Express bad service bad people

I could not even stay the night. No internet and it smelled and was dirty.

This place is a dump! First Room was disgusting and had bed bugs , second room never was cleaned bed had yellow stains all over there was garbage left all over the floor I rather sleep in my car or at a bus stop NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Needed a room quickly. Will now know to take the time to look for a smoke free hotel. Room was on a non smoking floor, but that certainly wasn't the case. As soon as we exited the elevator onto our floor the smell of cigarette smoke engulfed us. I complained to the staff at the front desk...response was they'd see what they could do, but it would be hard to figure out where it was coming from. To top it off, when we (myself, husband & 2 children) were trying to go to bed, the stench of weed was coming into our room.
