My first bad review ever! I travel a lot for business . 250-300 days a year. This was by far the worst experience to date . The lobby felt like you were being checked into a prison cell, when I arrived at the room there was hair throughout the tub and thought the bed especially on pillow . With in a few seconds my eyes were burning from the smell of curry so bad that I had to open windows and vents. I went right down to young lady at desk and explained the issues . I would not stay here again Unfortunately this is not a wonderful place. Recognizing that it is a budget type hotel we did not expect the Four Seasons. But this hotel is very shabby. Our toilet would not flush and they had no one to fix it. Nor did they seem to care. Overall, just a bare bones place that does not have a lot to recommend it.

Just plain awful. Dark and dreary hallways with horrible odors. The room was dirty and air conditioner barely worked. Would never, ever stay at this hotel. Pay the extra money and stay at one of many nicer hotels down the road!

Smells Entire hotel smells like an ashtray. Should have left before checking in. But it was late Went to bed. Got up in half hour. Walked out. Nobody at desk to complain to. Went to holiday inn instead. If you like that odor, here's your place.

Don't bother If all you need for your stay is a bed then this is okay otherwise there is nothing really positive to say about this place the tub was warned the only thing they left in the room was a bar of soap nothing in the kitchen not even a coffee maker and the coffee in the lobby is broken down at 9:30 a.m. for those of us who sleep in and want a cup of coffee at quarter of 10 you're going to be out of luck the room was quite dirty counters and everything had some grunge on them which I would not recommend staying

Worst service ever experienced Toilet was backed up when we checked in. Instead of sending maintenance, told us to come get a plunger. Mirrors were filthy and I question whether the room was even cleaned after the previous guests. Refrigerator wasn't cooling, repaired while we were out. When we requested the kitchen items, they told us to come get them instead of delivering to the room. Requested fresh towels on the 3rd day and was told to find the maid and bring the dirty towels to her. She had me carry the towels, follow h... read more

Never again. The room temperature could not be regulated at all, it went from icy cold to moderately warm throughout the night. There were not enough pillows supplied for the bed, the pillows were so flat, I had to get bath towels and squish them between the folded pillow. The icy parking lot had barely been plowed and was treacherous to walk through to get to the door. The shower was not warm enough. But, I wanted quiet and it was indeed quiet. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

Bleibt zu hoffen, dass es sauberer wird... Zimmer wird 1x wöchentlich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Musste am ersten Abend die schmutzigen Bettlaken vom Vorgänger selber wechseln. Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee/Tee, Oatmeal und Getreideriegel.

Wish I Could Give it a Zero Like it Deserves Nothing positive to say about this hotel. Walls do not block out noise from other rooms, ants in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain and hair all around the tub. Vigilant about being out of the room by 11 or adding charges. No one at the front desk when I checked in or tried to check out (had to use the phone to call to get someone to help me). Finally would not furnish me with a receipt ("You have to contact Hotels.com for that) even though I paid onsite and they ran my cred... read more
