Just OK Just needed a quick place to stay overnight. We had forgotten our shampoo, but they had run out and gave us lotion instead, which seemed odd. The room was clean, though a bit outdated. The front desk attendant was pleasant upon arrival.
Never Again Stayed one night and was charged for 4. Rude staff and rooms are not clean
You get what you pay for Depressing room that at least seemed clean. Otherwise it seemed like a combo of a college dorm and what I imagine a minimum security prison would be. Hard and uncomfortable bed with flat pillows. Although it was a cool night, the room was hot and stuffy and the heating/cooling system didn't seem to do anything except make a loud noise all night long.
It Smells The main concern when looking at previous reviews was they all said it smelled, especially in the halls. I should have listened it definitly reeked of smoke and other things in the halls. The beds were pretty bad to. Nice staff though.
Will not stay again I was surprised at the poor condition of this hotel. Nothing was updated and the comfort was subpar. The parking lot was barely plowed and there was hardly a space to park as I came in late at night as I was on business. Staff relatively unavailable in the morning to checkout. Coffee/breakfast - when I say coffee was horrible - no words to describe.
Blizzard stay away I was there in the middle of a blizzard where travel on roads was prohibited. The hotel web site states they have a restaurant and they do not. They offered no food for the guests, nothing. We had no way to go and get food. Other hotels were at least opening the continental breakfast so guests had something to eat. This hotel did nothing.
"Come prepared" The halls constantly reeked of cigaretts. A smoke detector constantly chirped. Breakfast express to go, was a no go. Microwave had to be replaced. Cooking utensils available on request. No ice machine on site. I should have read the fine print. However, the hotel staff were friendly and courteous.
Don't make this your first choice The hotel had a weird odor to it. The hallway smelled. Last second business trip. If I had more time to book a room I would have picked a better hotel.
Relocating The hotel was ok but staying in a extended stay the room had the bare minimum. We had to ask for everything such as shampoo and we had three towels. There was nothing in the kitchen ie glasses or silverware. It was really inconvenient. We did call the front after the first night because the toilet would not stop running. After the one and only employee who was also the person who checkex us in showed up she said just jiggle the handle. She said someone would come in to check it. That never happened so we just kept... read more
