It smelled like cigarettes and we found a couple of hairs in the bathroom, bad experience👎

The bed was not very clean there was trash in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to multiple surfaces. If we were in the room much we would not have been comfortable with staying. The first front desk guy was also on his phone the whole time while checking us in. A minor complaint is that dry oatmeal should not be listed as a complimentary breakfast.

Gross To start they need to offer to check bags, i had to go to a neigbor hotel to check my bag to ensure i would make an appointment. Second, managment needs to learn the customer satisfaction counts for something. 3rd and last, thw room was filthy, the hotel smelled awful, tje miceowave sis not work, the bathroom door hamdle was broke and dis not close, there was hair left all over the tib and shower. I would never stay at this hotel chain again.

Although the staff was nice, the room that was given to me had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. There was no remedy and the maintenance person was unavailable even though it was 10pm. I had to pour water into the tank everytime to flush. Glad I only stayed 1 day.

Horrible experience. The hotel gave our room away because they were overbooked and we were a “late check-in.” I called before check-in to let them know we’d be later than 3pm. I was told by the manager “well the issue is that we’re over-booked, so it’s first come, first serve.” We were reassured by the manager they booked us a room at their sister-hotel a few minutes away. We should have been made aware that section 8 people were living at the hotel, no maid service, refused to give us clean sheets, loud noises and drug activity, sketchy people terrible experience
