The property looks like the ventilation is interconnected to other rooms(studio) . So if one room cook you can smell their food coming from bathroom ventilation. I really recommended to look into this otherwise most customers wont return

refused room with out addition guests ID Booked for employee and when he went to check it they wanted his wife's ID which she unfortunate did not have so they refused him the room that was prepaid.Too many bad experiences with the chain. They wouldn't even take a pic of the ID which she had on her phone.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and the hotel itself met expectations. However upon learning that my flight was delayed, I called the notify the hotel about needing a late check-in. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes being told that I needed to speak to the front desk but nobody answered when they transferred me. They eventually said that the front desk closed at midnight and that if I was going to be later than that, I would have to cancel the reservation. This place was gross. As soon as you enter the lobby it smells of cigarette smoke. The halls to the room STINK. And our room smelled like fish. There were bugs flying everywhere in our room, one flew in my coffee. They were landing on the bathroom mirror and just everywhere. There were several pubic hairs in the bathroom. Not enough towels. The continental breakfast was a joke with granola bars being the only option, and really horrible coffee. Do not stay here.
