The property was decent at best. Had free parking at least and that’s about all that made it worth it. The room smelled like someone exploded in the bathroom. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained and smelled terrible. Overall would not recommend this hotel.
Refund appropriate Place was soooo noisy....three nites.. Hardly slept!!...first nite banging on floor above me......3 am!!.... next day not toobad .....last day banging on floor 3 in the afternoon until 3 am!!!!..I complained but it continued.....
Horrible…. Elevator not working, no ice, woke me up at 9:30 and toilet was clogged
Never again! Horrible! Arrived 14 min before checkin and were told to come back in 14 min. Place was not busy and housekeeping was nowhere to be seen. Finally get checked in and discover you’re required to pay for EVERYTHING—extra towels, Wi-Fi on more than one device..things that are free at other places. Stayed here while waiting to close on our house and chose this place because of it having a kitchen and it saying it was “family friendly” and “nonsmoking rooms.” That was a joke. No staff around, rooms smelled like smoke. I’m a non-smoker and all my clothes smelled of smoke after staying here.

Remote had no batteries in it, nobody at front desk because apparently they don’t have staff 24 hours, no SILVAWARE so i couldn’t even eat my dinner, legit had to leave the room and go somewhere else with NO refund because this hotel sucked and Expedia sucked and did not help with anything
