Poor quality Horrible services and the room was not clean Stain all over the place

Upon arrival the first impression was the property looks pretty up-to-date nice however entering in to the hotel starting to become disappointing immediately it took three phone calls to get anybody to the front service desk. There was quite the aroma of marijuana didn’t think too much about it because Massachusetts is a marijuana friendly state no biggie. The smell of this place was horrendous. It smelled like smoke and is supposed to be smoke free. I had to go to the Walmart next door to get cleaning wipes, fabrese, and other cleaning supplies to get the smell out. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this place. Management is terrible too. Pay the extra dollars and don’t stay here.

WORST HOTEL EXPERINCE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I had the WORST experience in over 20 years of travel. I felt like I was in a halfway house. The Front desk was more like a security guard, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just to get the correct key key was difficult. I got the feeling this guy deals with mostly difficult guests. He is better situated to be a bouncer in a strip bar. The hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Elevator wasn't working . Front desk was no where to be found There was stains on the bedsheet

the location was good. didnt like that the gym was closed.even though most gyms are now,and have been open since covid.
