The service was great going to check In but the next day this guy was rude he was very disrespectful I wouldn’t stay there no more they lost a good customer due to this guy threatening me cus we was a few mins late to check in !!!!!

The hotel room and hallways had a very bad smell all the time, trash in the hallways, there was never anyone at the front desk to express my concerns.

The staff was never available to help. We had to sit and wait for 15-20 mins just to be checked in. Upon entering the room there was a faint smell of cigarettes. Also the room was not very clean. There was dust all over the place and the sheets had stains.
