When checking in, the desk attendant was extremely rude. He refused to honor my reservation. I never got checked in and have not recieved a refund from Expedia.

Refrigerator in the room was broken. No cold beverages. Towels were stained. They were washed but stained with dirt towel should have been disgarded.

I never come back. We had to wait more than 15 minutes in what they communicated with the receptionist, since we made a late check in. The next day, I asked if they had cookware and they only gave me a pot. Really, just a pot? After that, I went to the reception and reported that the fridge was not working, they DID NOTHING, we had to buy ice bags and put them in the cooler that we had. The hallway had a bad smell, there is no mirror in the room. I really wanted to go, I do not recommend this hotel.

When arrived, poor customer service at front desk. Was not friendly at all. Had no information on amenities. No ice locations, no shampoo in bathroom. No extra towels . Room had a bad smell and when I looked inside dishwasher there was dishes that had water and mold growing in it. Absolutely horrific!!! So disappointed that I left at midnight and stayed at another location

The room was really nice. The only thing that bothered me was the check in but we are in trying times so that may be why they close so early.
