The front desk was horrible. I booked through Expedia and when I arrived he said my reservation was no good and was extremely rude. He was literally saying “you have to leave”. Never coming here again.

This place is so ugly trash every were police caming always for the kind of people rent here and bad customer service

Needs to shape it up! This place is just an absolute mess. The front desk staff are so rude. Everyone will say the same things about the rooms. Sheets never changed, bathrooms are dirty and the floors as well. I stayed here a few times, I also believe giving a review on one stay is not always fair. The door do not close properly, which means I had to stay mildly awake all night worried about any intrusion. The guests were not bonafide, and will make your stay more uncomfortable. No one at front desk to speak to in the night. Kitchen with absolutely no utensils, knife, etc. too small rooms.

It says no smoking but the room smelt like cigarettes were just smoked in the morning
