My hotel room had no toilet paper the whole weekend, only a box of tissues. Everytime I called the front desk or went down, there was no one there. I needed new towels, but no one went to clean the room. There was also a dog barking constantly.

dangerous place to stay!!! Drug attics all over Dangerous!!!! This hotel is loaded with people that come there to do drugs and deal drugs. It is so scary the cops are there arresting people and an entire had to come and save someone from overdose. I left early and had to get another place they wouldn’t give me my money back and was very rude to me. The elevator was broken down for 4 days and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a bad back. There was literally nothing they had to offer besides a room. I dont know maybe thats the point of the hotel, just the room. There was no breakfast, nothing complimentary to munch on, NOT EVEN WATER. The staff was literally so unhelpful and they were the quietest shyest people. They barely spoke two words or informed us about the hotel. I really genuinely hated that there was no over night staff and that the front desk was closed. They had no tooth brushes, NOT EVEN for purchase. One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, another a cookware set, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. Blood on the floor , and on sink , no extra pillows no coffee pot in room was nasty asked to move to another room I was told no

I stayed here the night of thanksgiving after traveling to see family. My husband and I decided to book a room for a night just to test our heads. We got to the hotel at about 1030/1045pm. First of all , what hotel locks their guests out to have you call and do a prechwck before you actually get checked in? I was so confused. I shouldn’t have to call and wait on getting checking in for 30mins. All rooms have a kitchen which is great when traveling with children or stays for more than one night. Walmart is in walking distance which is great as well.

I didn’t like that there was a charge for WiFi and staff was not friendly when asked to assist with noise coming from another room. Staff was rude. I didn’t like that we had to drop off towels to get more clean towels. I will never book a room at this hotel ever again. The hallway smells really bad and moldy and they have families living in their hotel rooms for months and they were loud.

Unfortunately the room where I stayed smelled very strong of cigar and said it was non-smoking it seems that this hotel lives people who stay weekly or do not know how it works but the stairs were very dirty there were many people smoking in the hallways and it is very sad because when one takes children this is what happens but otherwise nothing thanks thank you good day
