the room smelled like cigarette smoke, bad enough we left the window open the entire stay, and the smell never went away. the hallways had a smell of dirty socks and pot smoke. there was no ice machine in the building.

Terrible customer service The air conditioning in my room was not working (it was during a recent heat wave)....called down to the front desk..two times...they kept assuring me that maintenance was coming. On my third call...they informed me that there was no maintenance on site and that I had the last room available...so I couldn't change rooms. They assured me that I would be getting a refund. I did not get the refund...so I called...and they assured me they would issue it. Well...here we are a month later....still no refu... read more
The hotel was bad at all and not clean , staff that are working there are dirty , rude and not helpful The rooms are not clean and sheets are dirty , everyplace in the hotel is not good I do not recommend this hotel

No where on your website or their website did it say it was transitional housing hotel!! People hanging out in the parking lot with lawn chaired and smoking. Cigarette butts all over the property. We were told they only have cleaning services every 8 days! If we neede towels, sheets, etc we would have to bring the dirty one down and get clean one ourselves ! I will never use Hotels. Com again and certainly will never stay in wood springs or any of their affiliations
Poor management Housekeeping is suppost to be done once a week, my room was cleaned once in 25 days, Front desk doesnt know how to contact housekepers!

Overcharged my card, refuse to refund The hotel owes me over $300 in refunds, I have been promised to receive this money twice by their manager, and so far I have received nothing. They claim there was an issue with their software, which I understand, but despite repeated phone calls and emails all I have received are empty promises. I have reported the charges as fraudulent to my credit card company and will continue to pursue this, but wanted to warn other travelers of their unethical business practices.
The room we stayed in has a really bad oder and had pee stains on the bedsheets
