Our room was very musty and damp. We opened the window and bought room spray but it still smelled like dirty gym socks. I ended up with a sore throat and head cold.

The receptionist was very nice, which made up for it. Apparently there was a new software system they use, but I arrived at hotel around 12:40 and didnt get into my room until close to 2AM. I was given keys to someone elses room and walked in there..Very embarrassing for both myself and the other guest. Without knocking someone tried to come into my room to see if i was still there or had left...

Loud, drunks yelling all night, modern design The hotel was horribly loud. There were people in the parking lot partying and yelling. They slept in their cars the entire night. So many people were just parked in the parking lots for hours at a time. The room was modern, beds were alright. Not worth the money whatsoever

Don’t get there late at night for your check in otherwise you’ll be sitting outside 15 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant. Had to do that with my pregnant wife. Also don’t stay on the second floor. The hallway smells like moldy deli ham and mustard. Rooms smell like a pack of Marlboro’s even though it’s nonsmoking. After that don’t ask for a room change because you won’t get it. Do what I did and just immediately leave the premises and check in at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Shady characters everywhere Lots of seedy characters. It seemed that they are re ring to Section 8 tenants or those awaiting public housing. Trash outside of hotel piled up near full bins that hadn’t been emptied. No sign of any housekeeping. Room keys has to be reissued every day. Hotel staff had their kids with them at work and seemed oblivious to guests. Odd smelling hallways and room smelled odd as well. Would never stay there again and wouldn’t feel safe having my wife or sister stay there alone.

No maid service, have to strip own sheets off if you want changed. Primo prices little or no real service.
