When we arrived there we were assigned to a room that was already occupied. We were told that the only other room available was clean but had an odor. The staff escourted me alone to the room to “check it out” there was a significant mold/mildew odor that could be smelled from the door. We were told that there were no other rooms and given suggestions to try another hotel nearby. Friendly staff, unfortunately the room needed a lot of maintenance keep-up, there were holes in the wall from fallen shelves, stains on the bathroom counter and tub, toilet seat was not steady, broken drawer that wouldn’t close, there was dust on the bathroom light fixtures and baseboards, the whole room smelled a lot like curry. For $170 per night cleanliness and maintenance keep-up is the least that I expect.

This place was AWFUL. First off the front desk was less than helpful. I waited 20 minutes to check in because they were getting someone sheets. The hallways smell NASTY. We got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911. The front desk didn’t help. How can you even call it a confidential breakfast when they have juice and granola bars. Trashy place. It’s an affordable stay but the a/c did not work, the floor was sticky , the microwave was dirty and rusting. The bathroom tub had like bread shaving, the hallway literally smells like gasoline, and just in general really bad . I had brought Lysol to disinfect and I had to scrub the bathroom with whatever hair care product they had . Plus you must go downstairs to get new set of towels and there was no breakfast . Was suppose to be good Anniversary stay.

The bathroom door was very tight to close. The room smelled fine but the hallway had a terrible smell. The chest of drawers was unusable because the drawer glides were broken. No grab an go breakfast available when we left at 7:30 yesterday.
