Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed- and I have traveled extensively. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful- but the room was horrid. I took pictures because I was so shocked- a table leg chewed up by a dog, bathroom vanity missing veneer, black circles on ceiling of dust, patched walls not painted, gum stuck on the floor, the beds are ancient, and the one stuffed chair was all cut up. We arrived late due to a flight delay and it took a bit of time for someone to check us in. The rooms were horrible. Cabinets had water damage, there were cabinet fronts missing, scuffs on the walls, wall repairs without paint, spider webs in the corners, splatters on the mirrors and furniture. Room smelled terrible. Breakfast was a joke. Didn't even have coffee. Manager pulled a front staff person to help him while she was checking me in... very unprofessional and no apology except by the young lady working the counter.

Extended Stay America - May 2025 Bathroom sink drain was clogged; tried to report it, but nobody was at the front desk. Finally reported it, but it was not fixed before we left. Hair was coming out of the drain into the sink. Bathtub had hairs in it also. There were small "pebbles" in the carpet, which made walking in stockin feet uncomfortable. We believe the room was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival.

No coffee in the morning, could not adjust water to use the shower. Parking was ok. Will not stay again. This was the first and last time.
