The lady at the front is horrible they didn’t clean my room my son found a condom in the room nasty stuff

The staff was not helpful or at the front desk when we arrived. Our first was not clean garbage hadn't been taken out under the sink no toilet paper. Nor were they helpful with knowing the area at all. Would not go back again.

This property is run down. Microwave in room clearly had a fire in it. Curtains? Half gone. Bathroom? I've seen better in a motel 6.cold as ice in the room in April. Kitchen cabinets missing. Old old old furniture. Feel like it is a bait and switch hotel.
