This hotel had odors in every corner of the space, the walls are clearly so thin I could hear another person's cell phone vibrate in another room, and I am certain I have bites from bed bugs all over my legs. I am still waiting on a call back from customer service. This was disgusting and I expect a call back and a refund. I will have to get all of my clothes professionally cleaned so I don't bring bed bugs home. What did I spend over $700 for?

Disappointing. The ladies at the front counter were lovely, helpful and kind. It's an older property that needs upgrades. You could tell the hotel had seen alot of turnover and had not been kept up at all.

This place smelled horrible. The staff were very nice but the heater in the room was very noisy. Recliner didn’t work. Bed not very comfortable

Horrible experience Had a horrible experience. My TV didn’t work and when I went to the front desk to get help I got an attitude.

Booked a stay here because it was very close to my office and other hotels were booked. I prepaid through Expedia. I had a very late cross country flight and knew I was going to be in after midnight and would not be n until 1:30am, so I called the hotel a day earlier to confirm the late check inThey told me that they would note my account and that everything was good. Extremely bad experience Had to leave because of bathroom issues. Toilet overflowed Nobody to repair. Had to change Hotels because no rooms were available. They refused a refund even when they knew we checked into another hotel. Manager very unfriendly and lied about the situation. We are discussed in our treatment and will do anything in our power to let people know to stay away from this hotel

The room was OK except that the bed looked like someone had slept on half of it. It was late, no more rooms were available. We got clean sheets from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. An assistant manager said she would give us a partial refund through expedia, but we never got it. The hotel does not seem well kept.

I had reserved a room with a king size bed. They didn’t have any kings, despite my making a reservation well in advance and checking in right at the 3pm checkin time. It took them 15 minutes to determine which room they could put me in. They had a sheet of paper with a handwritten list of room #’s that were ‘clean’ (from housekeeping?) but they had no idea which rooms were what.
