Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel. It was not in their system. Fortunately a room came free while at the counter. I may never use you again.

Carpets were dirty, hallway smelled strongly.

The motel had a horrible odor. The carpet in the hallways wasn’t clean with pet hair and pieces of garbage everywhere. Didn’t see a single cleaning person in the 5 days that we were there. The hotel staff seemed nice but overall the odor and cleanliness was horrible. For $900 for 5 nights I expected a cleaner environment to sleep in.

Front desk personnel was HORRIBLE, didn’t care my bathroom door was locked and made no attempt to help resolve the issue, kids running around in the parking lot, hallways dark and gloomy, my garbage can was full of garbage, worst experience of my LIFE!!!!!!

Highly disappointed! The first room we got was not very clean the tub filled up, when we ran the shower, and it smelled musty. It had vynal floors that were filthy. The second one that they transferred us to had carpet that smelled musty, and like urine. It was cleaner than the first one, but I had to spray it with my car freshener.

The area where the hotel is located is nice but deceiving. The facility smelled the minute you walk in the lobby and the rooms were dirty. Before my family arrived I had checked them in since their flight was delayed. I went to the rooms to set up a few things that I had for them. I was taken back of what I saw. I had asked the receptionist for other rooms and was told they were booked solid. (Understandable since it was a holiday weekend).
