Bad Bad! Guy at the reception that checked us in did not know what he was doing. Windows were open in the room and it was freeeeeezing! My kids were so cold took about 4 hours to warm up the room. Bath tub was dirty, sinks were dirty, kitchen counters had chips and crumbs on it Very bad experience .. paid too much money to have that type of experience.

Horrible stay My stay was horrible, the ac/heater unit inside the room and next to bed, it was so Noisy so I couldn’t sleep from 4.00am. And there’s no really breakfast

Yuck Disgusted. Housekeeping still cleaning 2 hrs after check in time. Elevator smelled like urine. Dirty room. Bomb scene in microwave.

overall run down, "motel" feel to it. dark and empty feeling. old rooms, with old ammenities

No water cups or bottles given Inside no microwave as advertised Iron wouldn’t work- very dirty No utensils to eat food Water pressure for the shower head - very slow Breakfast - boring with an old small muffin and coffee No drinking water in the breakfast area When asked, they don’t provide water to their guests - kind of odd

Don’t Stay Here Unfortunately the hotel and the room had a very unpleasant odor. Upon entering the room, I had to heavily spray Lysol to lighten the smells. I had to ask for towels, because the ones that were in the room were extremely dingy. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

Not allowed to cancel within the hour. Reason provided was that reservation made after 6PM and reservation made using 3rd party Expedia. Not sure why Expedia would support such an arrangement. Dirty bed sheets with hair and yellow stains. The mattress on the sofa bed was worn-out. Had to grab the sheets myself from the desk and put them on myself. No room service was available
