When we arrived in our room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room, though all rooms are non smoking. We told the service desk we could not stay due to this. They cancelled our room and helped us find another place to stay. Though they were extremely helpful, they were already aware of the room issue. They shouldn’t have even allowed this room to be booked.

Its very smelly place, not clean at all, i would not recommend to anyone.

Unhappy guest First time staying at a Extended Stay America, not the experience i was hoping for. When your 12 year old come to you and points out multiple things threw out the room that are dirty, that's a problem. The heater electrical outlet was burnt and melted, yellow stains on sheets, door handles had a build up of dirt on them and didn't look like they have been washed in months. The location was great for us, but we were disappointed with the amenities. Although we were assured they'd have great wifi, we couldn't get it to work (on our iphone, our android phone or our laptop). Also, at check-in, we were told there would be a "grab & go" breakfast of muffins, cereal bars, etc., but there were no such items available in the morning - only coffee.
