I booked the hotel for 6 people they did not accommodate our needs of towels and they didn’t not provide a full breakfast.

Room was dirty found French fries on the floor, dirty wash cloth, urine stained mattress cover and smelled horrible. I walked in to a guy complaining his room hadn’t been cleaned in 4 days , should have walked out then :(

Nice staff, lack of cleanliness Received a warm greeting at check in, and had no issues finding the hotel or parking. Room was very spacious, and kitchen area seemed to have all the essentials. Unfortunately, things fell apart completely from there. One of the two beds was dirty. Many random hairs, and ‘marks’ on the sheets. Sofa bed was completely nasty when we opened it up, and there were no sheets or blankets for it. Short stay/many issues My daughter, my mother and I arrived at 8:30 pm and noticed there were only 8-10 cars in the parking lot. We checked in at the front desk and noticed that everything was quiet. Evan was checking us in and I asked him if there was a room with two double beds available. I had reserved the queen bed/sofa bed but my mother decided to travel with us last minute and I didn’t want her to sleep on a sofa bed. Invasion of privacy Waited 15 mins at the front desk for the clerk to emerge from the back office upon arrival. There was a sign placed on the counter saying they would be right back. Upon receiving our keys we went back to our car to get our bags and when we entered our room to find the front desk clerk in our room. He said he was "just checking the room". Later that night, my fiance and I went out to dinner. We left the tv on and the do not disturb sign in the door, we returned to find the do not disturb sign on the floor ... read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible! OK, here goes... 1. No one at the check in when we arrived. Had to wait for a few minutes. No big deal... 2. Corridor smells of Chinese take out 3. No smoking room smells of smoke 4. Gym... Oh wait, it's not a gym, there are three really, really beaten up, old machines 5. It was advertised as free Continental breakfast. Not quality Our tech was there for work. I cancelled the trip and moved him after he complained the room smelled, it was uncomfortable and there wasn't any breakfast when he went down. They cancelled without questions.

Dull disorganized unhelpful The first room had soiled linens, the second the garbage hadn’t been emptied. It was evening and I couldn’t stand the idea of a second move so I stayed in the one with someone else’s trash. Their idea of “breakfast” was packaged muffins, nothing healthy or fresh. When I reported the WiFi not working, the reception clerk told me how to spell my name which I obviously didn’t know how to do which should explain why WiFi didn’t connect.
