Said Breakfas was at 6 am. Went down at 6:20 no breakfast out. Went to front desk and nonone there and light off. Left and went to sons hockey game. Got back around 5 pm and asked what time breakfast was and desk said 6 am. Explained what happend and his reply. "Have a great day." I said thats all you have for a reply and he said "yes." Next morning went down at 6 am for breakfast and was coffee and a few granola bars.

They did not have my reservation and did not offer to help find another hotel for us.. Will never book there again...Horrible!

Working film crew. Stayed at your hotel last week. Service at check in was rude. Things got worse later in the week when desk was unattended for extended periods of time. Clerk finally returned and told us that she had been there all along. Then called me a liar when I started that we had come back twice. Very unprofessional. None of us will be back. There are plenty of other hotels in the woburn area.

French fries not cleaned off the floor, very limited breakfast, telephone didn’t work and tv was stuck on one channel even thought it said premium channels so instead of fixing it the staff gave us batteries and a phone cord. Failed to fix it and made us fix it. A second staff member the second night we told our concerns and instead of apologizing she asked if we got everything fixed. Very appalled.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Being a non smoker, this was not a pleasant sleeping arrangement. There was no hot water to take a shower.

Food left in the microwave and the water was cold in the shower
