I am in the process of trying to get my money back on this stay. When I arrived there was no hot water in building and they had this problem when I booked the hotel the previous day. I don't feel they should have had any availability if they knew they had no hot water.

Phone didn’t work, no hot water, smoke-free room smelled like smoke.

Typical Extended Stay but no dishes on check in, near useless AC because of lack of deflector, and sluggish internet.

Room had a weird smell all throughout my stay. Opening the windows helped a bit.

Very outdated rooms with no amenities. Found a used bandaid on the couch and food crumbs in the bed.. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrible

SMH I checked in, got to my room to put my food in the fridge and there was a McDonald’s container with chicken tenders in the fridge. Called the front desk and explained that, i told to throw it out. 20 mins later found a used bar of soap stuck on the shower wall. Called and told them about it and they said once again it’s ok just throw it away. Then the fire alarm went off when I was in the rest room trying to find another hotel. Family stayed one night including two children under three. Let’s just say we killed a cockroach and discover mouse droppings under the tucked in sheets we slept in the following morning when we woke up. NEVER AGAIN. Just writing this makes me want to throw up.

Place is disgusting... You can tell when you walk in the lobby it has an awful dirty smell to it... The person at the front desk was fighting with a customer when I arrived & then disappeared for 15 to 20 minutes... Will NEVER stay here again
