I like the stove top option in the room. Dislike that breakfast wasn’t actually breakfast.

no housekeeping and paper thin walls I stayed for 4 nights and after 2 days, I noticed that the room wasn't being cleaned, so I called the front desk and they informed me that there is no housekeeping service included for stays less than 7 days. I was a little taken back by this because I didn't see this anywhere when I booked the room, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here. Room had terrible odor of smoke. No amenities such as cups/napkins available anywhere. Facility felt unclean.

We checked in late (1am the next day). It took the clerk a long time to figure out how to check someone in on the same day as checking out. Although the room has a kitchen and sink, but equipped with nothing, not even a glass or plastic cup for water. The trash bind under the sink was almost full - which makes you doubt whether the room was cleaned at all. The bath room is very small. There is almost no amenity at all - except for one small tube of shampoo and a thin little soap packet. No shower cap or even a tube of lotion... read more

Firstly, it started with me booking the Sonnesta ES suites in Burlington,MA and then I had some problems while booking so I called Expedia.One of your customer care member helped me with booking and then she also suggested this hotel. The room was okay. I found the staff to be rude and condescending!

The employees at this hotel were very nice and accommodating. The outside appearance was good considering that winter has just ended and the mud /rain season is upon us in the northeast. I usually don't say negative things about places we stay as all businesses try their best but When my husband had to pick fleas off the bed and when I went to look for his glasses that had fallen on the floor and under the bed there was trash and dirt up near the head of the bed I feel I must say something. The property was conviently just outside of Boston and not too far from the train. It had a kitchenette to fix meals. The initial staff member was very helpful at check in. VERY DIRTY. Pubic hairs still in shower. We lifted the hide-a-bed couch and under the couch had not been cleaned for months. We had large ants roaming throughout. Staff came and vacuumed up whatever ants he could find but did nothing else. Aunts surfaced again by night. Very surface cleaned not deep cleaned. Staff was made aware of issues.
