Everything was old and outdated. Microwave was rusty and old.

The room had stains on the wall, hair in the shower and on the blankets. It clearly hadn't been cleaned well. Pretty gross

had prepaid the stay and upon arriving a bit late I called to make sure they were ready for me. They told me to hurry otherwise they would give my room to someone else since they had over booked the rooms. The unit was filthy. We asked that they clean it which they ignored. What a dump and louse customer service. Never stay here.

Bad Cleaning and bad service. I had a bad experience at Extended Stay America, Boston - Woburn. When I first got into the room it looked dirty. It had a water bottle cap on the floor right next to the bed and behind the bedside table it had trash, but the worst part was seen the sheets with dirty staff and called the front desk to ask clean ones but the receptionist was by himself check in other people and couldn't bring me clean sheets, so I had to take it myself bring the dirty sheets to front desk so I could get clean one... read more

Breakfast essentially coffee and some packaged muffins. Hotel is not in good condition.

The lady at front desk refused me service in face so it was a horrible experience in fact in the lobby it is stated ways to rent the room she discriminated against me and my husband because of our mixed age n race saying it was hotel policy to not rent me the room I had all my money and deposit for the room I will not recommend this place or stay in the future thanks to their staff I was stuck in the cold on the streets last night
