Smells bad

Extended Stay America - Amhert This hotel is not a place to stay to relax/have fun. The ambience was dingy. It was smelly, dark and danky. The beds were not comfortable. Hotels.com had mentioned two queen beds, instead there were only full beds. Please update your description. The bathroom was awful. The kitchen was a joke. When we requested room service, we were promised the next day, and when went in next day, the person on the front desk said that were not staffed to service the room. Hotel is no smoking but when I enter into the room lot of smoking smell and room floor was not in clean condition. Overall not happy with stay.

This hotel felt like a motel - ppl in back parking lot bbq'ing obviously ppl lived there- it seemed like a hostel. The room large but felt really dirty.

The room we were originally assigned smelled terrible. We went to the front desk to ask for a new room and the girl working the desk knew what I wanted before I even said it. She was nice enough, but it seemed like this is a common occurrence. We were given a new room that was ok at best. I would not stay here again. No ice machine in the whole building.
