Trash over flowing in garbage can out front. Man smoking weed in the parking lot. Deadbolt didn’t work. Called front desk three times. No answer. Was woken by the front desk at 830am telling me I was being too loud and could I quiet down? I told them I would try to sleep more quietly. It was the room next to me. Should verify where the noise is coming from before calling. Guy at front desk had greasy hair and white chunks in his head.

Needs more cleanliness and carpets were torn off in walkway.

its very disappointing to come from a long travel and stay in the wrong place. Extended Stay is the worst Hotel I've ever been. its very dirty, smells like smoke, the rooms are not safe for a family to stay. I had to leave the hotel in the middle on the night with my kids. we couldn't stand the smell, the noise, not to mention the place is very dirty. I will not consider this hotel ever again.

The place is old, mattress was hard, the window literally fell out! Needs some serious updating. The lady at the front desk was peasant and tried to help as best she could.
