I paid for an non smoking room, and I was given a smoking room that was not clean enough and smelled like nothing but smoke , when I told the front desk I didn’t like the room , they said they cannot do anything

I wasn't the one that was there with my granddaughters and they said it was very filthy on the outside the building and filthy and on the inside it was a nice hotel should be

The bathroom was filthy. There was hair all over the counter and then I checked the bathtub and it was full of hair shavings. Disgusting!

The room was extremely dirty. There were stains on the carpet and in the sheets. The floors were dirty. One window pain came off and the other wouldnt shut all of the way. And the room had a stinky smell. Even the heater smelled like burning funk. We left and had to book somewhere else shortly after arriving from a 7 hour drive.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at . My room was dirty the covers were wet . It had things left from someone else under the bed . Bathroom tub was not cleaned . Carpet needs detail clean .
