Ok. Not happy with breakfast. Staff was ok at the time of check in first room looks bad. Hand sink and air conditioner were not working but staff moved to other room after a long discussion.

Zero spark Old, smelled dirty, uncomfortable, undesirables in and out at all hours, and the staff was rude and never even made eye contact. I won't be staying at this hotel ever again.

Perfect Good location, great staff and competitive rates makes it a perfect stay for one and all. I want to emphasize on the supportive staff as we reached almost at the time of checkout because of cancelled flight. But they not only provided us some extra hours to stay and get ready but they also helped us in every way possible. Thank You Extended Stay America, Amherst.
