Okay It was a okay hotel but nothing really in my room worked. The light in the stove didn't work the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. I also didn't like how there was only one elevater.

Not recommended The door can't be locked. The sink is not working. The receptionist has an attitude. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel at all.

It was a okay hotel 1) This hotel does not provide room service by default. One needs to pay for it. Please be informed about this before making a reservation. I believe that this should be made explicit in the listing as it is a general assumption that room service is a default thing with any hotel. We did not know this beforehand and were surprised to see our room being 'as-is' when we came back in the evening. ok Close to UB where we had activities. Carpet was stuffy and bad for my allergies

Pet Friendly and Comfortable The hotel was a very good choice as a pet friendly establishment as well. This was our first time traveling with a new puppy and we were given a room close to an exit for ease of walking the dog. The beds were very comfortable as well. Even though the "breakfast" (coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal and packaged muffins) left a lot to be desired, the fact that there was a full kitchen and microwave made it easy to bring/ purchase food to prepare ourselves.

Quiet nights in Amherst - stay at Extended Stay AM Quiet nights in spacious room make us look for Extended Stay America hotels. We love being able to cook our own meals instead of going out after a long hard day on our feet vending at a festival. Price is right, beds are comfy, enough pillows and towels - what more could you ask at the price?

Family wedding Hotel was 'ok'. It is very basic, no frills (no pool, no breakfast, no ice machine, etc.). It was very inexpensive and since I was traveling alone, it was fine for me. If my wife or grandchildren were with me then I would look for a hotel with more comforts.
The only issue i had was that i booked a room with a queen size bed and got a full size. Other than that its a great deal and i will be returning
