Family gathering Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet (even though it's right next to a highway)

Affordable place .. Facilities are just ok. I have been to other Extended Stay America's and in comparison to them I was disappointed with this place. Room and bathroom were ok. But Pillow cases and towels were not clean to my liking. But this is a nice and affordable place to stay within 30 mins drive from the falls.

ok hotel The room was not especially clean and not in great repair. We had to go to the front desk to get kitchen items. They did not stock all the items they listed as in stock for the kitchen.
The hotel was comfortable enough for a quick stay. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping.

smelled funny OK accomodations, hallways smelled like curry

Bad Was just okay, the front desk service was helpful checking after the second person arrived the first young lady had an attitude. Needs to go back to customer service training.

Look Elsewhere The hotel was not staffed to accommodate the needs of guests. We checked in 1.5 hours after check in. The tiny lobby and parking lot was filled with guests waiting for rooms. There was only one person working the front desk. She was doing the best she could, but she needed help. She also had to keep leaving to check with housekeeping to see if rooms were ready.
