We had a lot of confusion on the details we called ahead a few times because we left earlier so we’d be arriving earlier and wanted them to be aware they told us it would be 10 extra dollars to come in early when really it was double the room price we were put into a smokers room and it had one bed which was small when my room was supposed to have two beds the man at the desk said he didn’t even know if the room was clean and that he didn’t even work there the hotel gave off motel vibes and it was ugly I’ve stayed at nicer m... read more

1. I booked for Non-smoking room. When I arrived they told me no rooms available except smoking room. 2. When we entered the room, glass pieces in the room. hurt myself. 3. Carpets were dirty 4. All drawers were broken.

Trash over flowing in garbage can out front. Man smoking weed in the parking lot. Deadbolt didn’t work. Called front desk three times. No answer. Was woken by the front desk at 830am telling me I was being too loud and could I quiet down? I told them I would try to sleep more quietly. It was the room next to me. Should verify where the noise is coming from before calling. Guy at front desk had greasy hair and white chunks in his head.
