its very disappointing to come from a long travel and stay in the wrong place. Extended Stay is the worst Hotel I've ever been. its very dirty, smells like smoke, the rooms are not safe for a family to stay. I had to leave the hotel in the middle on the night with my kids. we couldn't stand the smell, the noise, not to mention the place is very dirty. I will not consider this hotel ever again.

The place is old, mattress was hard, the window literally fell out! Needs some serious updating. The lady at the front desk was peasant and tried to help as best she could.

sorry to say, but the room smelled like cigarrette, the halls smelled like marijuna, the room floors where worn out dirty. My cousin actually left to another hotel cause of the same reasons.

The room was not upto the mark. The air conditioner did not work when heater was turned on. The faucet in the restrooms were not working. Absolutely not worth the heavy price paid. Looked like a very old property that needs lots of repair.
