Be sure not to complain The surly and rude night desk clerk marred the whole experience. When the guests on the floor above made terrible noise on 2 successive days, she treated me as though I was causing the problem by reporting it. Before I’d ever stay again, I would have to call to see whether she was still employed!

I booked through Expedia and the staff can in my room twice in the morning threatening to call the police on us bc there records show that this room was empty. I am sickly I was not feeling good that morning and to have to deal with this. Thankful for the Expedia confirmation that they send via email and text. Otherwise I would be arrested. Everyday since I been here I have been seeing the police and one young lady called her parents crying I do not know who she booked through but it was a 3rd party.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean , food was still left in refrigerator from previous guest .

I was really excited to be able to have a getaway with my husband. I booked a single queen room with a kitchenette, however when we got there we were given a room with two full beds. This meant that my husband and I couldn’t even sleep in the same bed together. No gym for someone that might be there for an extended period of time. Also room was still dirty with food on the ground
