Filthy Experience! Toilet overflowed all over the floor and went all over the floor. Requested a new room and the refrigerator did not work and left water on floor overnight and I slipped and fell down. I tried to complain but they said "things like this happen" Very Disappointed
Recommand but The hotel was not bad, room had an odd smell. Fire alarm went off at 2am the hotel should have offered something of the price. They need to wash their quilts better (found hair on it).

Beds with no sheets We requested a roll away bed. When we arrived we were told the hotel does not have any. We had to cram 4 adults into two double beds. The room needed updating. The shower faucet dripped all night and the AC did not work well. When we were ready to sleep we found that the beds had only one sheet draped over the mattress. OK hotel for the money The room was clean. Looked outdated. The halls looked old, but it was clean. We stayed for 3 nights and on the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 2am due to someone who was drinking and cooking and then fell asleep. No fire but you could smell the smoke. We stood outside for an hour until it was ok to go back in. In the room you could hear people talking from next door which was somewhat annoying. The bathroom was small, but ok. one visit I think the hotel halls way was dim and carpet needed cleaning in and out of the rooms

Disappointment It was a huge mistake to book this hotel. The front desk service is pre-occupied with co-workers then pay attention to customer. I noticed 3 black hairs on my bad sheets, and a black hair on the wall in a shower. It was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed. For "breakfast" your options: muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, apples and oranges. Far from Niagara Falls attractions.
Rooms were stinking, when asked for printouts they simply rejected, when coffee was finished at 8:00 they didn't refilled it for 20 min
