Convenient location, kitchen convenient for family visiting back home I enjoy extended-stay my children did as well convenient access to 290 travel for them back to the old neighborhood less than 10 minutes being off Niagara Falls Boulevard every imaginable store within 10 minutes including the boulevard mall! And all of Western New York's locally owned delicacies from ice cream to high-end eateries!our awesome pizza and one & only chicken wings(not hot wings or buffalo wings ha ha)

Disappointed Not good. Don't provide anything. When you ask for clean towels its like your asking for the world. No soap, breakfast is little to nothing.

I was very disappointed with this motel. There was a dirty dog dish under one of our beds. The coffee grinds from the last guest was still in the coffee maker. Nobody cleaned the room or emptied the garbage over our three night stay.We had to go and find towels every day. By tthe time we left there was 16 wet dirty towels on our bathroom floor.

Service I usually dont write reviews but I had horrible experience so I thought of writing one. I booked this room as it was close to Niagara. I drove from Philly and reached late night only to find my room had a bad stink after the ones who stayed before cooked fish. My sheets also had the stink and I couldnt sleep the whole night. I got some air freshener from front desk and had to spray a lot for the stink to reduce. The least they could have done is opened the windows. Comfortable rooms and good service; 20 min frm Nia We liked the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and service was good. Unfortunately, the hotel hosted a foolist guest who triggered the fire alarm at 4.30 am while trying to barbecue at that hour. We were terribly tired and this spoilt our day. rooms are stinking,smoky facility,no service,not a we went for buzy week other wise we will cancel this reservation.no service no room supply.stincking rooms,breakfast is joke not worth as a price

Nice hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The first night we stayed we had to evacuate at 3:30am due to a fire alarm down the end of the hall of our room. The person in this room was cooking hot dogs & the pot burnt. We stayed outside until the Fire Dept cleared the smoke. Complimentary breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Because our sleep was interrupted we slept in the next day & missed the breakfast. We called the desk to see if the time was extended so we could get a coffee,etc. They said no.
