The room was not clean, and I had to wait both for check in and check out. No one was behind the desk for almost a half hour each time. I don't think I would ever stay there again.

Bathroom and sink in kitchen were dirty. Toilet didn't flush very well. I did bring these concerns to the person at the desk.

The room was mediocre; didn’t look like the pictures posted on the internet. The kitchen sink was dirty with food and the table was dirty. The room smelled musty when first walked in. The room could have been cleaned better. The friont desk personnel were extremely nice and friendly and accommodating.

the first room they give to us it was dirty and the second smells so much like a cigarrete

The room was disappointing. The kitchen had a strong smell of syrup. The carpet was damp. Under the bed was not cleaned for awhile.

The hotel room was dirty, pranut butter was encrusted on a light switch, dirt and debris on the carpet and linens were stained.

Basic The common areas of the hotel were not cleaned at all during our stay. There was popcorn all over the elevator floor, never cleaned up. Hallway carpets were filthy. Outside of our room sat a plunger our entire stay, on our last day there we were thankful for it as the toilet plugged with every flush. Asked for extra pillows told no. Room smelled like smoke was a monsmoking room, had to buy febreeze and open windows to.address odor. Walls are very thin, could here adjoining rooms conversations.

Disappointing stay. The receptionist is polite. But the floor is sticky. the light in bathroom is burn out. Show supplies has only a tiny piece of soap only. No shampoo or lotion or conditioner. The breakfast has barely nothing more than coffee and oatmeal. Overall, the stay is not worth the money.

One of the Worst Hotel Service I ever used. Worst! They over booked the rooms and When I reached the hotel at 12:00 AM I was told that they are sold out and cant offer me a room. It was so late in the night and that being a long weekend we were unable to find another hotel which could offer us a room. So had to sleep in our Vehicle. Never again I will stay at Extended Stay. I will definitely take this to their higher management and screw them.
