Worst hotel I've ever been to This hotel was the worst place I've ever stayed. Floor was sticky. Carpet was wet. Bed was so low budget and uncomfortable. Mystery hair in all towels, sticky surfaces. No daily towels or bed service...they said it is only cleaned every 8 days. No toilet paper. Room filled with cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible The room smelt like old sock's and it stayed with for the rest of the day

How hard is it to clean Got to the hotel to find their computer system was down all day and nobody was able to check in so that tells me there is no rush in cleaning the rooms however the shower stall was full of hair long ones in the tub in the wall of the shower had a lot of little black ones. As I get out of the shower I notice a used Band-Aid on the floor next to the toilet and upon further inspection it looks like around and behind the toilet hasn't been cleaned in over a year. Terrible room #217,need a plumber for sink and bath tub.There are no toilet paper, no shampoo,gel.

Choose another hotel Night time Hotel staff was excellent date I'm not so much actually even rude except for this one guy who was doing something in the halls and refreshing the coffee he was pretty awesome maybe they should have made him Front Desk

Not Happy Everything was fine until around 11:00 at night. Our room was over the main entrance and 5 men were sitting there smoking and drinking. They were very loud. We tried to go to sleep but they got even louder. I called the front desk and complained but the girl at the desk said there was nothing she could do. I told her that was unexceptable. Nasty room As soon as we got into our room the smell that came was so bad. Then I decided to use the bathroom I was disgusted to see someone else’s poo in the toilets. It was so bad ! I had my husband flush it and the toilet immediately began over filling. Water was going everywhere. All over the luggage’s. We tried to take everything out as fast as possible but water was everywhere. I will never stay here again.

Buffalo weekend The hotel was dirty and stunk everywhere. We would have left had we been able to find another hotel vacancy for that night.
