Bad service Worst service I ever experienced. Not much options for complimentary breakfast they just have muffins and oats. They at least keep some fruits, bread butter and jam. I feel the price which I paid is more for this kind of service. Also they only have one staff who take care for all the 100+ rooms, I took room with kitchen option but there are single dishes and you have to go your self to the reception to pick the dishes, which is really bad. I will never suggest this hotel for family.

Very disappointed.... Room was ok. Hotels website says it has free continental free breakfast but actually there is no breakfast provided. No coffee/tea... So very disappointed... please remove free breakfast option from your website..

Horrible Ceiling leaked into bathroom and living room. Moved me to a new room and 1/2 the lamps did not work. This happened on a Friday, was told the maintenance tech would not be onsite until Monday. People extremely loud as late as 1:00 AM in the morning. No staff available at night to control noise. No maid service unless you ask for it. Their idea of a continental breakfast was muffin, granola bar, coffee.

Felt unclean Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Previous guests food was still in fridge. Staff messed up my reservation. Bugs in the bathroom. Glad I didn't stay long. Won't be back.

Will not live here again I had a disappointing experience, smelling of smoke all over the place. Had reserved it for three nights but had to move to look for a different hotel after our first night stay even though money was not refunded.

Not a good place to stay I could smell marijuana on our floor, the smell would come into my room was awful. Thrre was no milk at breakfast either. Would not recommend this place or stay therr

We were there October 28th. Wish we never stayed. Absolutely the worst stay we ever had in Buffalo. My fault for not reading previous reviews. The room had an odour, the toilet paper roll was broken, the one bed had a stain on the sheet, no Kleenex in the room, had to take our used towels down to the front desk to exchange for fresh ones, were told by the front desk to bring the Iinen down and we can change the bed ourselves...seriously???
